Home Brandy Flip
Ingredients
- Brandy - 2 oz
- Egg - 1 whole
- Sugar - 1 tsp superfine
- Light cream - 1/2 oz
- Nutmeg - 1/8 tsp grated
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, egg, sugar, and cream.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
Die Anleitung
- In einem Shaker, der halb mit Eiswürfeln gefüllt ist, Brandy, Ei, Zucker und Sahne vermengen.
- Gut schütteln.
- In ein Sour Glas abseihen und mit der Muskatnuss garnieren.
Metodo
- In uno shaker riempito a metà con cubetti di ghiaccio, unire il brandy, l'uovo, lo zucchero e la panna.
- Filtrare in un bicchiere e guarnire con la noce moscata.
- Agitare bene.
